Luc McCann
Luc grew up in Ketchum and after graduating from The Community School in Ketchum, he attended UC Santa Barbara. He lived in Southern California for 10 years before following in his father’s footsteps. He moved back to Ketchum with his family to begin their new Idaho dream. In 2015 he partnered up with his dad in real estate to continue the family legacy of selling the most beautiful homes in the most beautiful mountain setting.
Luc McCann has served as a community leader since he moved back to Ketchum with his family. He is currently a Director on the Sun Valley Board of Realtors and a liason to the Sun Valley Realtors Gives Organization. As a local musician & co-owner of the Liberty Theater, he thrives on bringing the Wood River community together. Whether it’s hosting a team fundraiser, supporting local bands, or screening movies, nothing feels better than owning an iconic theater as a place to bring smiles and opportunities.
He has also coached BCRD sports alongside his wife Megan and his two daughters, Mykala and Galena.
Mike McCann
Mike moved to Sun Valley in 1973 from Los Angeles after graduating from UCLA, and got into the real estate business in 1974. He got his broker's license in 1976 and started McCann Daech Fention. He has been in real estate ever since.
Mike is a long-time local who has lived with his wife, Anita, North of Ketchum in Chocolate Gulch for many years. Mike and Anita are very active in all aspects of community life, including schools, athletics, arts, social and environmental issues. Hospice, The Community School and Wood River Baseball, are some of the boards Mike has served on
